  1. No Refunds Policy

    • We do not accept refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring product specifications and compatibility before purchase.

  2. Exchange Policy

    • Exchanges are offered only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or not functioning upon arrival.

    • To qualify for an exchange:

      • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

      • Proof of purchase and photographic/video evidence of the defect or damage must be provided.

  3. Conditions Not Covered

    • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.

    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

  4. Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the exchange is due to a defective or damaged product.

    • Vetra Powersports will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item if the exchange is approved.
